The apartment is located in a quiet area of Es Pujols, close to shops, services and just 200 meters from the promenade and the beach.
It is spacious, it has 70 square meters distributed in: living room, kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms and balcony.
Each bedroom consists of two single beds. One of them has views towards the pine forest and the other towards the pool.
The living-dining room is spacious, it has a sofa bed, TV, dining table and kitchen with breakfast bar.
There is air conditioning to make your stay more comfortable.
The bathroom has a large shower.
In addition, it has a balcony and communal pool with a children's area.
The apartment is located on the second floor without a lift.
The apartment is perfect for families with children or couples who want to enjoy both, the beautiful beach of Es Pujols and go out at night in the town.
By having two apartments on the same floor, we remind you that you can rent both together, thus for a total of 9 people!

Rules

The price base is calculated for an occupancy of two adults. A supplement is applied if the number of guests is greater, to consult with the owner.
Minimum stay of 7 nights. In low season we accept short stays with supplement, to consult with the owner.
As a general rule, we ask for a deposit to meet and respect the conditions of the apartment during the stay. If the last day everything is correct, the deposit is returned. Conditions to consult with the owner.
The apartment provides sheets, towels for the shower and cloths for the kitchen. Sheets are changed once a week and towels are changed once midweek. * Extra changes are charged with 25€.
To reserve: an advance payment by bank transfer.
