It is spacious and bright, it has 65 square meters, distributed in living room, kitchen, bathroom, three bedrooms and a balcony.
Two of the bedrooms have two single beds and a smaller bedroom has a 1'20cm wide bed.
The living-dining room is spacious, it has a sofa bed, TV, dining table and the kitchen with an american breakfast bar.
The bathroom has a large shower.
There is air conditioning to make your stay more comfortable.
In addition, it has a balcony and communal pool with a children's area.
It is located on the second floor without an elevator.
The apartment is perfect for families with children or couples who want to enjoy both the beautiful beach of Es Pujols and go out at night .
By having two apartments on the same floor, we remind you that you can rent both together, thus for a total of 9 people!
The price base is calculated for an occupancy of two adults. A supplement is applied if the number of guests is greater, to consult with the owner.
Minimum stay of 7 nights. In low season we accept short stays with supplement, to consult with the owner.
As a general rule, we ask for a deposit to meet and respect the conditions of the apartment during the stay. If the last day everything is correct, the deposit is returned. Conditions to consult with the owner.
The apartment has sheets, towels for the shower and cloths for the kitchen. Sheets are changed once a week and towels are changed once midweek. * Extra changes are charged 25€.
