Can Mateu is a small traditional house from Formentera with all its lovely flair. It's divided in 2 bedrooms, one double bed room and one bedroom with 1 single bed and a sofabed in the living for a 4th person, if needed, further open kitchen with living room and a complete bathroom.
On its huge terrace and lovely garden , you will pass relaxing hours and enjoy underneath the porche the silence of this island together with your friends or family.
The house is situated closed to Sant FrancescXavier only 6 minutes from the centre. The nearest beach is Cala Saona , 8 minutes away.
To the Cap de Barberia lighthouse it is 12 km away.
Rules
CLEANING: Towels will be changed every two days, a cleaning every four days and a cleaning with sheets every 8 days. Extra cleaning will cost € 15 per day. ECOTASA: The expenses of ´la ecotax will be paid on the day of entry and all occupants' ID or PASSPORT will be requested the day before arrival, it will be sent to the contact number. * RESERVATIONS: The minimum stay will be 4 nights, in case of less, check with the owner. * CHECK IN: The entry will be from 15:30, in case the landlord has the house clean before 15:30 will be notified.
