Two spacious rowhouses, at Ses Bardetes, the residential district of Sant Francesc.
Both are independant, but can be rented together. Each has 3 airconditioned bedrooms and a full equipped bathroom on the first floor and on the ground floor, a spacious living and kitchen and a toilet with a shower.
There is a terrace to spend time outside. All rooms are lightful and with pinewood furniture.
The houses fit for 6 or 12 people, and they are ideal for families or couples !
Rules
Price during COVID19 is a special price, we just reduced it. The price is based on a 2 person occupation, any more person has to pay 25 € extra per day. Towels and bedcloth will be changed every 7 nights. Final cleaning is charged with 100 € once extra. Ecotassa has to be paid on the day of arrival .( 2 €/day / adult). Check-in time is from 15.00 h and check out time max. 10.30 h
