Traditional island house surrounded by pine trees on the west side and overlooking the countryside by the east. Only 500mts. from the Migjorn beach.Easy access and private parking.It has three bedrooms, one with a double bed (150 * 190) and the other two with beds (90 * 190) 2 bathrooms with shower (one inside the house and another outside with washing machine) independent kitchen, tv room and dining room,air conditioner,wifi. Terrace equipped with garden furniture. Bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils, beach towels (on request of the client), cot, baby chair ...If you want more information about the reservation, location, equipment ... send mail. As soon as possible I will be happy to answer any questions. THE PRICES OF THE WEBSITE ARE FOR TWO PEOPLE, if there are more guests they must add a supplement of € 30 per day and person.Minimum stay 5 nights.It is forbidden to have parties, barbecues or bring pets.

Rules

To close the reservation you must send a transfer of 25% of the total of your stay. Once the transfer is in the bank account I will send an email with the confirmation of your reservation. In case of cancellation the total of the transfer will be returned, provided it is 45 days before your arrival. All taxes and services(two changes of towels for stays of one week, and change of sheets every five days for stays equal or greater than eight days)are included in the price.
