Casa Vedrà is a lovely house situated at just 400 m from the centre of Pujols in a small and silent byway. The centre and Es Pujols beach are easy to reach in a few minutes walk. From the covered terrace you'll reach the living with dining corner and open well equipped kitchen , relax area and than come to the two double bedrooms and the bathroom. The house is equipped with WIFI, TV-SAT, heating/ air condition and washing machine. Service: Cleaning up ( without kitchen ) towels and bed clothes every week. Max. occupation : 4 persons

Cancellation policy due to force majeure related to COVID-19

Dear customers,

As a consequence of the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19), which has motivated the declaration of the State of Alarm throughout the Spanish State (RD 463/2020) and in a generalized way practically throughout the world, I will facilitate the cancellation of confirmed reservations for the 2021 season for reasons related to COVID-19 in any of the following circumstances, either during the planned stay or on previous dates close to it:

Impossibility, restriction or severe difficulty of traveling due to the cancellation of transport; border closure; visa suspension upon arrival at destination; refusal of entry.

Due to the world health emergency situation.

Due to the closing of the contracted establishment.

Consequently, the cancellation of your reservation in the establishments must be duly justified by providing the corresponding supporting documentation, except that the cause has public and notorious recognition.
Cancellations made due to force majeure derived from COVID-19 in the terms established in this document will entitle my clients to choose between:

Full refund of the amount paid for the reservation.
The change of dates in your reservation, subject to the availability of the requested establishment.
