The house Rosita 1 is excellently located less than 1 km from the wonderful cove Saona. It is a typical country house with two bedrooms, a bathroom in between, a spacious living room with dining area and sofa bed and a kitchen with gas oven, microwave, fridge with freezer and equipped for holiday cooking ... On the plot there are two semi-detached houses, but each one has its own individual entrance, terrace, outside shower, parking, etc. It is ideal for a family holiday, as it is in the countryside and very quiet. It is also perfect for two couples, as it has an ideal distribution of the bedrooms. There is livestock farming nearby, which the children who visit us love, as well as plenty of countryside and unobstructed views. It is perfect for relaxing from everyday life and those who want to visit other villages and beaches will also enjoy the situation of the house, as you can quickly reach the road that takes you to the whole island.
The price shown is for 2 persons with one bedroom only (the other one will be locked), for 3 + 4 persons there is an additional cost of 15 €/day/person. We ask our guests to respect the neighbours, the property itself and simply a polite behaviour. Silence at night from 00.00 h to 09.00 h in the morning, talking quietly on the terraces... Check-out time is at 10.00 a.m. and check-in time is from 3.00 p.m. We have a place to leave your luggage in case your timetable is different from our check-in and check-out timetable and in order not to waste time on this beautiful island. Towels are changed 2 x per week and sheets every week. The price includes the final cleaning and a cleaning every 7 days. In case you come less than 7 nights, the cleaning will be charged with 50 € extra, in case the client breaks utensils or furniture on the spot, the client will be charged. The eco-tax will be paid on the day of arrival and we ask you to send the ID cards of all the occupants of the flat beforehand.
