Our Viviendas Javi with five units are located in a quiet, rural location in the nature reserve Estany Pudent and very close to Es Pujols.
The Vivienda B, which can be seen in the photos has about 65 m² and has two bedrooms with ceiling fans, one with double bed (1.50 m) and one with two single beds.
Suitable for 2 - 6 people (extra beds in the living room).
It has a combined living room, dining room with kitchen with air conditioning, satellite TV, radio, standing fan.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove and oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, clothes horse.

You live comfortably and quietly in a rural location, but in a few minutes you can reach Es Pujols or Sant Ferran with its bars, restaurants and shops. Both about 1 km away. The beaches are therefore easy to reach.

Please respect the night rest of the other guests.
Please do not smoke in the bedrooms, preferably only on the terrace. Ask for cigarettes only in the ashtray and do not hit the ground - risk of fire!
Upon reservation, we request a deposit of approximately 30%, the rest of the payment in cash on the day of arrival.
